Borage (Borago officinalis) is an annual herb native to the Mediterranean. In traditional medicine, this superior plant has been used to treat a variety of ailments – from respiratory diseases, kidney inflammation, rheumatism to blood purification. It also has a long history in the culinary industry.

Origin: Tunisia

Borage grows to a height of up to 80 cm. It is an aesthetic medicinal herb with blue flowers. They are star-shaped and taste like cucumbers. Thanks to this shape and taste, the herb has earned many nicknames.
